Issue No. 7 April 10, 2010
Dear Christine,
Spring is here, and CCAC is celebrating with an exciting new residency partnership, and a new workshop series. The national *AfroFlow Tour 2010* takes the stage for a energetic poetry and hip-hop infused performance on May 1 at The Baby Grand. Prior to this, AfroFlow will be presenting educational workshops at CCAC and schools in New Castle County throughout the end of this month. We are excited about this collaboration and hope you'll want to join in these activities. CCAC has also launched its own workshop series, featuring the distinguished artist recipients of the 2009 Christi Awards.

I am excited to share video footage of the Ecuador trip I embarked upon last month with CCAC faculty member, Norwood Coleman, Jr. You can enjoy all our memorable experiences by clicking the link in the article below or here at www.ccacde.org . Finally, why not celebrate the renewal and "rebirth" of Spring through a music, dance or art class with your family at CCAC! You can enroll with ease online at www.ccacde.org , as well as phone and in-person registration. Join us and step into Spring with the Arts.

Best wishes to all,
Raye Jones Avery , Executive Director
